The service

Aleth is a self-reflection and nervous system calibration instrument. It provides daily check-ins, somatic protocols, identity excavation tools, and — for Guide subscribers — monthly NLP coaching sessions with the founder. Aleth is not a medical device and does not provide clinical diagnosis, therapy, or treatment.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Aleth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

Subscriptions and billing

Aleth offers a 21-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Coaching sessions (Guide plan)

Guide subscribers receive one 45-minute NLP coaching session per month with the founder. Sessions must be scheduled via the contact provided in your account. Unused sessions do not roll over. Sessions are conducted remotely via video call.

Nothing in Aleth constitutes medical or psychological advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a local emergency service. Aleth provides links to professional resources when sustained distress is detected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment systems, or use Aleth for any unlawful purpose. Accounts found in violation may be terminated without refund.

Limitation of liability

Aleth is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aleth after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
